This show is certainly a food lovers mecca. Everything you can imagine is there.
From chocolate to ice cream, hot sauces, candy, international foods, cheese, olive oils
and meats to just name a few.
It's very interesting to see what's up and coming or perhaps new on the scene. If it can be created and packaged some will try anything. There were some differnet combinations that
I had to try like the miso salsa. Bright in color and flavor but not so much for my palette.
I was most interested in the cheeses and discovering new one's from across the seas.
This show did not let me down. Plenty of varities, colors, textues and ripness to choose from. Tasty!!
Healthy, organic foods is a huge part of what the consumers are asking for and these days and it has certainly been listened to. Baby foods are now a big area as well. Eat right
from the very beginning!
It really is remarkable to see how the chain of events happens from this sort of show.
Not only a great place to have the various industry people try your new or favorite food but to then, of course, have the buyers purchase for their clients needs. A food merry- go -round if you will as each component needs the other to exsist.
I was excited to spend some time there and search out my interests and what my clients may like.
Wonder what will be new next year!
