I'm always amused to watch everyone eat at the fair. The Marin county fair has many eating options including some fairly nutritious ones but it seems the masses are still going with the oldies.
The hamburger, hot dog, corn dog and fries. You know the stuff you say you'll never eat but secretly love.
My eating tonight involved some great Mexican. A salad with some grilled chicken.Now before you get to excited for me and my choice, the salad did come in a fried tortilla bowl, but hey you've got to have some fun.
So to all the people that attend the numerous fairs around the country (and world), take my advice. Eat what you like... just do it in moderation. And if you possibly can make sure to add some fruit or vegetable into the mix. Trust me you'll feel less guilty.
